An Office of Faculty Development (OFD) 2-Day Leadership Development and Wellness Experience Featuring Guest Speaker: Laurence Boitet, PhD (Assistant Professor, Medical Education; Director, Biomedical Trainee Wellness, University of Alabama at Birmingham) This interactive, evidence-based workshop integrates empowering leadership and job crafting, two complementary approaches from organizational psychology, to support more intentional and sustainable academic work design. The workshop also includes applied skill-building in negotiation and feedback conversations to support implementation of role changes with others. In-Person Attendance Required for Both Days!
