As a token of appreciation for all that you do, we are pleased to offer screening mammogram appointments throughout the month of October at multiple locations for our employees. Early detection saves lives, and we want to make it as convenient as possible for you to prioritize your health. Scheduling Information ✅ Pre-scheduling is highly encouraged to help ensure timely care and appointment availability. ✅ Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. Employees may participate by: Bringing an order from their healthcare provider, orCompleting a self-requested attestation and identifying the provider they would like their report sent to.Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a screening mammogram, you must meet all of the following criteria: FemaleAge 40 or olderAsymptomatic (no current breast-related symptoms)Have not had a screening mammogram within the past yearHave not had a lumpectomy due to breast cancer within the last 5 yearsSelf-requested screenings are permitted if you are 6 or more years post-lumpectomyLast breast imaging exam was normal or benignOctober Screening Locations & Dates 📍 October 8 Galveston Campus Mobile Mammography Van on campus (location pending confirmation) 📍 October 15 Clear Lake Campus Medical Office Building (MOB), 1st Floor 📍 October 22 Angleton Danbury Campus Radiology Department 📍 October 29 League City Campus Mobile Mammography Van on campus (exact location TBD) Take Time for Your Health We encourage all eligible employees to take advantage of this convenient opportunity to complete their annual screening mammogram.
