UTMB Trauma Services wants you to "Stay Active and Independent for Life" by participating in S.A.I.L.- our FREE evidence-based, fall prevention class. Each 1 hour class includes: AerobicsBalance exercises Strength training Stretching Fall Prevention EducationWhile originally marketed for seniors 65+, SAIL welcomes adults 50 and older to attend. Don't wait to start improving your balance and strength! SAIL class is a welcoming environment for people with various mobility tolerances. The exercises can be modified for sitting. Participants are encouraged to take breaks and slow down as needed.
